Workshop: Let's talk about football
Let’s talk about Football is designed for students who need to master all the terminology used in this sport, which is used on a daily basis by coaches, players, physiotherapists, sports doctors and club managers.
Over the course of 40 hours in one month (two-hour classes every day from Monday to Friday), participants will combine the practice of Spanish in their classes with the acquisition of sport-specific vocabulary (400 new football words are taught, as well as structures widely used by players and coaching staff).
In the classes we use real samples of Spanish language related to football, such as training and match commentaries, essential and technical vocabulary, interviews with players, sports analysis, developing students’ language skills in a practical and attractive context.
This course is ideal for foreign football fans; also for people who are already involved in the sport and need to master in Spanish all the most essential terms and structures of this sport. Get ready to learn and enjoy the language like never before!
THIS WORKSHOP INCLUDES

Spanish Express Presential Conversation Course
- A course of pure conversation in Spanish where there are no books, but pure constant practice of the Spanish language. These are the characteristics of these courses:
- 2 different topics of conversation per week.
- 2 levels of conversation: INTERMEDIATE LEVEL (A2, B1), and ADVANCED LEVEL (B2, C1).
- Examples of topics of conversation: family, favourite foods and restaurants, your favourite films and books, travel, hobbies, pets, climate change, miracle diets, fashion, professions with a future, religions, cosmetic surgery, social networks, politics, Spanish sense of humour, your favourite music, love, sports, what would you take to a desert island....
- Together with your classmates and teacher, you will practise that essential vocabulary for that day's topic, plus new words that you will learn in that class.
- At the end, the teacher will point out and correct the main mistakes you have made in the conversation. In this way, your spoken Spanish will progress every week!

Preparation Course for the SIELE Exam
SIELE is, among all the Spanish exams, one of the most useful and demanded. Within 3 weeks, you can obtain an official certificate that establishes your level of Spanish. SIELE is an internationally recognised exam, and is increasingly in demand by universities, companies and public bodies. This certificate is obtained by taking an exam in one of the authorised official centres. Hablamos is an official SIELE examination centre. In turn, at Hablamos we prepare for this exam in a course that can be taken individually or in mini-groups.

Pass the exam
The classes are focused on successfully preparing for this exam, constantly practising the different parts of this test, and teaching the student the best tactics to pass it.
Here's what the exam is all about, how to register for it and how much it costs:
SIELE is the International Spanish Language Evaluation Service that certifies the level of Spanish language proficiency through electronic means. It is aimed at students and professionals from all five continents.
It is a multi-level test in which the tasks in each test are of varying degrees of difficulty, allowing the candidate to be placed at a level of proficiency from A1 to C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
You can take either a single multi-level test (SIELE GLOBAL) or five separate test modes based on a combination of different tests.
SIELE Global
The only multilevel exam that allows you to obtain the SIELE certificate, a document that includes the score obtained in each of the four tests and their equivalence with the levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), as well as an overall score from 0 to 1000, which is the result of the sum of the score of each of the four tests.
Independent modalities
There are five further examination modes based on a combination of the different tests.
Any of these five stand-alone modalities allows you to obtain an internationally recognised SIELE Report and the scores obtained are related to the CEFR levels.
It includes a score from 0 to 500 for S1, S2 and S3 with a total of two tests, and from 0 to 250 for S4 with one test, related to the levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
- It is promoted by the Instituto Cervantes, the National Autonomous University of Mexico, the University of Salamanca and the University of Buenos Aires, which guarantees standards of quality and good practice in the preparation of the tests, and the use of different linguistic varieties of the Hispanic world. The validity of these SIELE certificates is 5 years.
- With SIELE, candidates project their profile internationally and strengthen it with a view to admission to training programmes at universities and selection processes in companies.
- It is agile and fast. The results are received within a maximum of three weeks and the candidate can print their certificate or report from the computer application.
- Adaptable. Different examination modalities are available to meet the different needs that users and institutions or companies may have.
- Flexible. The exam takes place at the SIELE test centre of your choice and on the day you choose. Educational institutions can create unified systems for training actions regardless of the country of residence of the students and/or professionals.
- Homogeneous. It is pan-Hispanic and incorporates different linguistic variants of Spanish.

OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE OF 3 HOURS PER WEEK
Duration
These courses are academic courses that run from September to June and have a duration of 10 months (120 hours on average). Once you have passed the final exam, you can pass the level and move on to the next level of Spanish. These courses are ideal for people who want to learn Spanish at a less intensive pace and usually want to make their Spanish studies compatible with other activities.

Our method is totally communicative. In class, we practise Spanish at all times, but we work on the four skills necessary to master a language: speaking, listening, reading and writing. We use a textbook as the basis of the course, but we use multiple complementary materials. We have digital whiteboards in all our classrooms.
Diplomas and Certificates
At the end of the course, if the student passes the final exams, he/she will receive a certificate or diploma of having achieved the level in which he/she was enrolled. Our school is an official SIELE examination centre, therefore, once the student has finished a course, he/she has the four possible options shown below.

The letters D-E-L-E stand for Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera, and it is the most important and globally recognised Spanish language certificate. It is awarded by the Instituto Cervantes and is the only one recognised by the Spanish Ministry of Education and the Spanish Ministry of Culture.
DELE diplomas are offered at six levels (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2), according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
- DELE diplomas do not expire on a specific date.
- This diploma is essential for residence permit applications where it is necessary to prove that you have an A2 level or higher in order to be granted a residence permit. It is also necessary when applying for some study visas.
- The DELE diploma is required by companies and universities for employment and higher education.
- The DELE diploma is required for the homologation of certain degrees or higher education studies.
The exam can be taken at different examination centres in different countries. There are several exam dates per year and depending on the level there are different exam dates. For the year 2025 these are the available dates:

The DELE exam is a demanding exam for which you need to be very well prepared. For this reason, you should choose a date that allows you enough time to pass the exam.

The price of the DELE exam depends on the country where the exam is being held and the level you have and want to certify. In Spain these prices range from 112 euros to 201/234 euros for the higher levels. We will help you with all the paperwork for this exam.
