August in Madrid can be a killer! (\u00a1es matador!)<\/b> With temperatures reaching the high 30\u00baC and the heat emanating from the tall buildings we feel you may need some tips on how to keep your cool this summer! Ha ha!
\nAlthough, if you\u2019re studying with us at Hablamos Spanish school<\/i><\/b>, you will benefit from the AC we have for sure, as a break from the heat outside \u263a.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Comer y beber<\/span><\/h2><\/div>

No comas grandes cantidades. Come poco y a menudo.<\/i><\/b>
\n(Don\u2019t eat heavy, big meals. Eat little and often.)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\n(Eat light dishes like salads, fruit and smoothies.)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

En lugar de dormir con el aire acondicionado encendido (\u00a1es muy caro!), utiliza un ventilador de pie o de techo.<\/i><\/b>
\n(Instead of sleeping with the AC on (very expensive!) use a floor or ceiling fan.)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
