With the largest collection of Spanish art and a massive catalogue that consists of other Renaissance and Baroque masterpieces, the Prado<\/i><\/b> is the most visited attraction in Madrid (except maybe for the famous football stadium of Real Madrid –<\/i> Santiago Bernabeu! \u263a). It is located in a beautiful 18th century Neoclassical building, designed by the architect Juan de Villanueva in 1785 and opened to the public as the Museo Nacional del Prado <\/i>for the first time in November 1819.<\/p>\n

It contains works of some of the best artists of their time like Francisco Goya, El Greco, Hieronymus Bosch, Fra Angelico, Diego Vel\u00e1zquez, Raphael, and Titian.
